Yes, our bags & shoes collection are made of vegan leather, we've also included the material in each of our product description.
* Do you offer warranty for your products?
Yes, we're offering 14-Days limited warranty, covering manufacturing defects. Please check our Returns Policy or Contact us for details.
Product Care
* Regular Maintenance: From time to time and as needed, give your bag a mild surface clean. You may use a gentle mixture of warm water & mild dishwashing liquid and wipe with a soft cloth. Please make sure to dry the bag properly to avoid damage from moisture. We highly discourage putting these bags to your washing machine & dryer as the hot water & wash cycles might damage the product.
* Store your bags in a dry & cool place, away from direct sunlight. Use a dust bag or pillow case or a similar soft fabric when storing the bag. And in some cases, it would be good to keep the silica gel to avoid moisture build-up.
* Can I cancel or amend my order?
Yes, but only non-customised orders and/or the order has not been dispatched. We normally process & dispatch orders within 3 business days, please contact us immediately if you need to make changes to your order.
Unfortunately, we're unable to cancel orders w/ customisation. Please get in-touch with us so we can try to support your requirement if able to.
* How do I track my order/s?
Please use the shipment tracking details we'll provide you in email within 3 business days of your order. In case you haven't received our email, please check your spam/junk email folder or contact us and we can provide the shipping details.
* How long is your delivery lead time?
We normally process & dispatch orders within 3 business days and it takes about 7 business days for shipping in NZ. We can arrange for express courier in NZ at customer's cost.
* Can I request to expedite my order?

* How much is the shipping rates?
The shipping fee for standard orders in NZ is $9.50. We can arrange for express courier at customer's cost, the rates vary for this service we'll inform you within the day.
* Do you ship internationally?
Yes, but due to COVID-19 it is challenging for us to commit on delivery timings. We would still process and dispatch within 3 business days, the shipping time might vary. Please contact us to arrange this order, thanks.
